How do I pay my assessments?

Online

Assessments can be paid online through the Appfolio Owner Portal, a leading cloud-based software program for HOA management. If you already have an account, you can access it from the Pay Assessments button at the top of the page.

By paying assessments directly through the Owner Portal, your account will reflect your current balance in real time. You can also contact Mill House directly through the site, make requests, etc. The Owners Portal helps streamline communication between Mill House and your board of directors.

Mail

You can always drop a check in the mail or set up autopay through your bank. You can also swing by our office to drop off any HOA Assessments in person.
