Adam is a graduate of UNC at Chapel Hill with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications. Adam earned his real estate license after a fifteen year career in marketing and advertising, where he worked with companies like McKinney/Silver Advertising, Eurosport, Aerosoles, Brann Worldwide and IBM. He continues to enjoy his hobby of renovating older homes in and around Chapel Hill, which led to him starting Mill House in 2002. Adam is a long-time resident of Chapel Hill and knows the market here very well. He is a big supporter of Carolina Athletics and an active member of the Ram’s Club. Adam is married and the father of two young girls.

Adam has become an expert on investment property and analysis. He holds designations of BIC (Broker-in-Charge) and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). He is a member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors), GCHAR (Greater Chapel Hill Association of Realtors), NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and Preservation North Carolina. ireneIrene Rodriquez, Finance Manager

Before finding Mill House, Irene worked in Cary, Morrisville and Raleigh as an onsite Leasing Consultant and Assistant Property Manager for 5 years. She then joined the Mill House team and moved to Chapel Hill with her husband, Marc, and their fur children, Jax and Piper. She has since completed her MBA at NCSU (don’t hold that against her!), and has returned to the Finger Lakes region of NY State. eveEvelyn Greene, Property Manager

Eve got her start in property management as a resident director in Chapel Hill in 2007. She graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications. Her marketing skills, creative flare for design and imaginative nature have helped raise occupancy and renewal rates at every position she has held. After earning her real estate license in 2011, she rose to the role of Leasing Consultant at Mill House Properties and was promoted to Leasing Manager a few years later.
