Mill House Varsity offers houses and condos that appeal to undergraduate students or those on a budget. These condos and houses are quality properties and most are within a mile of the downtown Chapel Hill area. Many of these selections are within blocks of Franklin Street and an easy walk or bike ride to campus or on a bus line.

Lease Policies:

• Rental contracts are for a period of one year unless stated otherwise in your lease.
• Rent is due on the 1st of each month and late if not received by the 6th with a 5% late fee.
• Utilities are not included in the rent unless otherwise specified in your lease.
• All properties require a $50 processing fee per person at lease signing (per family, per student).
• All properties require a security deposit equal to the amount of one month's rent.
• Some of our properties allow pets with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Please call to inquire.
• There is an additional fee of $125 per month for any "extra" roommates (ie. 3 in a 2BR).
• We ask that all tenants obtain renter's insurance to cover their personal property.
• We ask that all tenants act responsibly and respect the property and their neighbors.
• There is a NO SMOKING policy for all of our properties.
