Adam W. Jones, Owner/General Manager/Broker-in-Charge
Adam is a graduate of UNC at Chapel Hill with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications. Adam earned his real estate license after a fifteen year career in Marketing and Advertising, where he worked with companies like McKinney/Silver Advertising, Eurosport, Aerosoles, Brann Worldwide and IBM. Adam continues to enjoy his hobby of renovating older homes in and around Chapel Hill, which led to him starting Mill House in 2002. Adam is a long-time resident of Chapel Hill and knows the market here very well. He is a big supporter of Carolina Athletics and a active member of the Ram’s Club. Thomas Whisnant, Real Estate Broker
Tom joins the Mill House sales team after many years in the business, including starting his own real estate brokerage firm in Carrboro. Tom is a licensed Realtor and Appraiser with extensive knowledge of the Chapel Hill/Carrboro market. Tom’s “do the right thing” philosophy and good nature makes him a great fit with Mill House. Cyndi Whisnant, Real Estate Broker
Cyndi has joined forces with her husband on the Mill House Properties Sales Team. She is a graduate of the UNC-CH School of Journalism and Mass Communications. She has worked in marketing and communications for many years in the Chapel Hill area. Her background in communications is a great asset to the Mill House sales team in creating strategic marketing and advertising for our clients. Cyndi and Tom met at UNC, married and never left the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area. They have two teenage kids that keep them busy and entertained.

Lavonne Wright, Associate General Manager
Lavonne brings ten years of property management experience in the Chapel Hill market to Mill House. She is experienced in Yardi management software and will take the lead in getting us fully functional in tracking rents, maintenance invoices and creating owner statements. Angela Huffman, Associate Property Manager
Angela worked in retail management for eight years before finding her true calling in property management. She has worked in property management in Chapel Hill for more than five years and is very knowledgeable about the rent market here. Dobbin and Bracey, Office dogs
Adam often brings his two dogs to the office and both love attention from tenants and the staff. Dobbin is a Collie-Sheppard mix who is nearly five years old. Bracey is an English Chocolate Labrador who is nearly two. Both are very friendly.
