	Rental Application

1.	Prospective tenants should fill out both this application and the parental guarantee. Any applicant who is abroad must make arrangements to complete their application and parental guarantee. If parents choose to sign on behalf of their children, prior notice must be given.

2.	Once the online forms are submitted, you will come to a screen that allows you to print your applications. Print both applications and sign/notarize them where applicable.

3.	Once all forms are completed and signed, please have one person bring all the application packets and application fees to the office so your names will be placed on the list. All forms and a security deposit in the amount of one month's rent are due at the time of signing. No partial groups or groups with partially completed forms will be allowed to sign a lease. Units are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Requests for specific units will be honored if possible and waitlists are available.
